Hiii! :3 My name is Daniel, but I usually go by Dane [deɪn]. ˆˆ I’m a 20-year-old IT university student, creator and a self-taught artist from the Czech Republic, born in 2005. Any pronouns are fine (he/she/they).✨
I’ve been drawing since around 2017, and I consider myself a hobby creator. ˆˆ I draw on an iPad Pro, mainly using Procreate, design graphics in Affinity Designer, and make music in GarageBand.🙂↕️ For the web, I use whatever tools get the job done. :3 One thing I’m especially proud of is this website itself. >w< Designing and coding it has been a huge creative outlet for me, and only recently I’ve reached a point where I’m genuinely happy with my art and that honestly means more than anything! <3
Why does this website exist?🌐
I realized that over the years, I’ve created many things, but never really had one place where they could all live together. I could just post it on social media, but I feel like it just... really isn’t for me. ˆˆ' Most of them are restrictive, hard to customize, often toxic, and constantly try to shove content at me that just makes me angry or anxious. I noticed it was starting to affect my mental health, so I slowly stepped away.
And honestly? I didn’t lose anything. I actually feel a lot better.
So... yeah. I made this website. ˆˆ This is my safe space on the internet. A place where I can be creative without algorithms, without pressure, without having to perform. I wanted a virtual place that feels personal, cozy, and human. Both for myself and for anyone who might enjoy similar things. :3
Just so you know, I don’t update this site on a strict schedule. Sometimes I work on it a lot, sometimes not at all. It comes in waves. :D I want this website to exist for a long time (partly because I overthink mortality a bit) and having something that stays feels important to me. x3

• Music I make in GarageBand + my own song lyrics

• A section about lostwave (one of my biggest interests!)

I’m a queer femboy and a proud pansexual! x3 I also have OCD and ADHD. c: I don’t force it on anyone, but I appreciate respect and kindness. :3 These things are a part of how I see the world and how I create. ˆˆ
I’m an introvert, a bit chaotic, and very cozy-coded. :3
I think it's quite obvious, but the design of this website is based on Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and I wanted it to give similar vibes.🌸

I also collect digital files. Mainly old artworks from friends, forgotten creations, things that might already be lost media today. It feels important to preserve them somehow. :3
